Morocco: Revise Draft Law on Domestic Workers | Human Rights Watch

Morocco has presented a draft law that would grant domestic workers legal protections similar to other workers. The law will be discussed in parliament with the opportunity to set Morocco up to date with international standards.

However, this draft law, although a step forward, does not meet the standards set in the Convention 189, the Domestic Workers Convention.
