Project 189 is very excited to announce that it has been awarded with a grant by the World Justice Project for the startup initiative SARA (Social Accountability for Recruitment Agencies). In Kuwait domestic labor represents a large number of the working force, but its workers, who mostly are women and girls, are the least protected. With the funding provided by WJP and the SARA initiative it will be possible to contribute in assuring that domestic labor workers conditions and rights are respected and enforced.
