During a dialogue sponsored by the UN Women and the Sri Lankan Ministry of Foreign Employment Promotion and Welfare, Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka have agreed on a memorandum of understanding to protect the domestic workers from Sri Lanka working in Saudi Arabia.
This MoU is to protect the rights of domestic workers in the Kingdom and to improve their working conditions.
